Signature Classes @ Chester House Estate

Service Description

These 2 x monthly pop up sessions are designed for deep relaxation in the most beautiful setting of the 17th century Threshing Barn on the Chester House Estate! It will include one of my gently guided signature classes, designed to calm the nervous system, clear stresses and connect attendees back to themselves. Followed by a soothing Sound Bath to include the healing tones of Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Tibetan Bowls & Grounding instruments. An opportunity to stay for a warm drink & reflect after the session also.
