Join us for a deeply relaxing evening where you get the choice of utilising these deeply relaxing modalities.
Chose to come along, use the contrast therapies of sauna & ice bath for 1h followed by a restorative breathwork & soundbath session. OR simply come just for the sound.
Either way you will be encouraged to switch off in the candle lit event hall of The Shire as you are immersed in sound and breathwork designed to release stress, calm the mind & connect you back within.
After the session you will be able to enjoy a herbal tea prior to departing.
